The Burden of Choice
This cartoon responds to a political cartoon by Steve Kelley of the Times-Picayune, as posted by Glenn Sacks on his blog, as well as the article, “Respect a Man’s Choice, Too” by Sacks and Jeffrey Leving. Essentially, Sacks and Leving argue that it’s okay for a man to abandon children he has fathered because it’s an exercise of male “reproductive choice.” What a crock.
